My Sisters

There are four girls in my family and I am the tallest of us much to my eldest sister's dismay.

My two older sisters were born in Croatia and arrived in Australia in 1952 at the ages of four and two respectively.

At the time of writing, the ages next to each name refer to the age they will be on their birthdays in 2009.

Tanya [61]

The eldest for us girls and born in Zagreb. She has been married to her Dutch husband John Kleefsman [62], since 1967 and they have four children:

Veronica [41] married to Peter Sargent [41] in 1988 with three boys.

Jacob {17}, Perrin {15} and Heath {13}.

Sharon [38] married to Steven De Visser [41] in 1989 with four children.

Michael {17}, Cameron {11}, Lachlan {7} and Emily {3}.

Daniel [36] with Dawn Hart his defacto, since 1995.

No children.

Andrew [34] married to Simone in 2007.

Simone's son Joshua {8} and their first daughter, India {born April 9th, 2009}.

Olga [59]

Daughter number two for my parents, also born in Zagreb. She also married her Dutch husband Henry Kuper [63] in 1967 and they have three children:

Debbie [41] married to Murray Harding in 1992 with three boys.

Cameron {11}, Aiden {8} and Tyler {4}.

Gary [38] with Maree his defacto since 19??.

Maree's adopted daughter Tia.

[Robert - born 15th July 1969 and passed away 28th February 1973].

Linda [35] with Michael her defacto since 19??.

No children.

Me [49]

Number three child born in Melbourne, Australia. I do not suffer from 'middle child syndrome' as I really felt more like the eldest of two children with my two older sisters practically a generation apart from me and my younger sister. From my first marriage to Campbell Newman in 1983, I have three children:

Mischa [20] with Ashleigh Webb his defacto since 200?.

No children.

Anoushka [18]

Sascha [18]  (NO...I have NOT made a mistake with his age...he was born in the same year as his sister and they are NOT twins!!!)

I have been together with my second husband Alex Webley [47] since 2000 (we married in 2004) and he has no children.

Rhonda  [45]

Fourth and last girl and also born in Melbourne, Australia four years after me. From her first marriage to Andrew De Visser in 1982, she has five boys:

Matthew [27] with his girlfriend Erin since 200?.

No children. 

Jason [25]

Joshua [19] with his girlfriend Beccy since 2006.

Their first son, Tyler {born September 18th, 2009}.

Kieren [12]

Rhonda is now with her defacto Peter [55] since 2007 and he has eight children from his previous marriages so it is one very large family when they get together!
